LaserBowling d'Antibes and TimeMoto: Easy Clocking and Insights in Overtime

When operating a space-themed leisure company, recording working hours on paper seems even more old-fashioned than it already is. Christophe Barbuscia, director of LaserBowling d’Antibes discovered a way to make work easier with a digital, cloud-based solution. He is very positive about the impact of TimeMoto on his business. Based in the French department Alpes-Maritimes, LaserBowling d'Antibes is the place to go if you look for a fun afternoon or evening out with family, friends, or co-workers. The experience is something to behold. Take, for example, the big two-storey, 800m² mega maze, where customers can try their luck in a futuristic game of laser game. A science-fiction space theme with fluorescent colours is also present in the bowling hall, which has 16 bowling lanes, a bar, and four pool tables.

Mr Barbuscia has been the director of the venue since it was founded in 2015. Working daily in this futuristic, space-themed environment, is a unique experience for both himself and the 12 employees he manages. The challenge he encountered a few years ago, however, is comparable to the one many other companies face. "We wanted more control over overtime, but also to make work easier for everyone. When starting our business, we recorded working hours on paper. We quickly noticed that this was not very practical. Not only was the process time-consuming, but we missed a lot of records as well because a lack of reliability and thoroughness on the part of employees.”

In 2023, a solution was found with the TimeMoto TM—616 Time Clock, a device that is installed near the staff entrance of the building.
